InProduction Appoints Greg McLaughlin to Board of Directors

InProduction is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg McLaughlin to its Board of Directors, strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to expand across major sporting events and live entertainment experiences.

McLaughlin brings more than three decades of executive leadership spanning professional sports, nonprofit organizations, and the global golf industry. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the World Golf Foundation and CEO of First Tee, where he leads one of the most impactful youth development organizations in sports, focused on character building, life skills, and access through golf.

Prior to his current role, McLaughlin held senior leadership positions with the PGA TOUR, including President of PGA TOUR Champions, where he helped expand commercial partnerships, strengthen competitive platforms, and grow the tour’s business profile. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years as Chief Executive Officer of the Tiger Woods Foundation, now known as TGR Foundation, playing a key role in scaling its educational and youth development initiatives nationwide.

As a member of the Board, McLaughlin will provide strategic guidance as InProduction grows its presence across professional and collegiate sports, global competitions, and premium hospitality environments.

McLaughlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
